FAQs
1. How long does it take to build a home?
On average, a home built by Alexander Homes typically takes three to five
months from dig to move in. Allow a couple of months before the dig to
complete loan qualifications, construction drawings and permit approval.
2. Do you allow sweat equity?
YES! Sweat equity is a great way to save money which can reduce your loan
payments and/or apply towards extra features in your home.
3. What are your standard features?
Alexander Homes
offers high quality construction materials and designs. Every house is built
with a combination of floor trusses and/or TJI silent floor systems.
Subfloors are glued and screwed for greater strength and silence. Hurricane clips and energy heel trusses are used to ensure greater
strenth and energy efficiency. All our homes are built to exceed the new
energy codes for maximum energy savings, higher quality air and improved
comfort.
