We found Chris Nitardy, owner of Alexander Homes, to be an excellent general contractor committed to both a quality product and customer service.  Whenever we had questions or concerns, he returned our calls within hours of our message. This was the most important thing to us and is what made us most pleased with Chris. Our need never had to wait; he put us first on his list of priorities. The house he built for us is a quality product that we are very happy with. Each little detail was a major concern for Chris. We saw him spend many hours on-site directing sub-contractors and even having things redone that were not done right the first time. He is a "hands on" contractor that gets very involved in his projects.  We've heard horror stories about slow, non-responsive contractors who are never seen and are hard to reach. This is not the case with Chris. For three months we talked to Chris every day and we even finished our project earily! We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Chris and Alexander Homes and would recommend that anyone considering building a new home should consider Alexander Homes as your general contractor.

When we were ready to choose a builder for our dream home, we found the experience very frustrating. Not having much luck on our own, we asked our mortgage broker whom he would suggest. Chris introduced us to architect, Rod Sandboe who took all our ideas and designed us a beautiful home. Although the actual building of our home was time consuming and sometimes challenging, everyone on the Alexander Homes team was courteous, helpful and most importantly professional throughout the entire process.
